The difference between ADAS lenses and ordinary vehicle lenses is mainly reflected in the following aspects:


1. Different functional positioning

Ordinary car lenses: Mainly used for reversing images, driving records and other functions, and have relatively low requirements on image quality and real-time

performance.

ADAS lens: As the core sensor of the ADAS system, it is used to sense the surrounding environment of the vehicle and provide data for autonomous driving

and assisted driving functions. There are higher requirements for image quality, resolution, dynamic range, frame rate, etc.


2. Different technical requirements

Image sensor: ADAS lenses usually use higher performance image sensors, such as CMOS sensors with higher dynamic range, lower noise, and higher frame rates.

Lens design: The optical design of ADAS lenses is more complex, and factors such as distortion correction and chromatic aberration control need to be considered

to ensure the accuracy and reliability of images.

Algorithm support: ADAS lenses need to be combined with complex image processing algorithms to achieve real-time analysis and processing of images, such as

target detection, tracking, classification, etc.
